All private bookings at NESWP are priced per person, with final pricing based on:
- Group size
- Beverage selections
- Event format (tasting, class, cocktail experience, etc.)
- Length of event
- Any specialty requests or enhancements
Because every event is custom and tailored, pricing is finalized after we review your inquiry and preferences.
Event Timing & Availability
To ensure the best experience for both our guests and our regular customers, private events are scheduled during the following times:

- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday: after 5:00 PM
- Wednesday–Saturday: after 7:00 PM
